For over one year I’m now in my new position as an Organizational Transformation Companion at the Bosch Corporate IT in Stuttgart. Many things have changed in this amazing journey.
It’s a good time to look back and share my observations and learnings.
Let‘s begin with a little refresher on how this journey took shape.
It’s four years ago that I decided to join the new Connected Parking team and with this step, join the Bosch company after a fabulous time with car2go and moovel. I expected and hoped for an exciting and challenging time in a field as innovative as hardly another one in the current mobility sector. The idea to realize a vision was tempting: Make safe driverless driving a reality by using outside sensors instead of vehicle sensors.
It’s more than stunning what mankind can achieve when pursuing one dream and working together to reach it. Space seems to be one of this higher goals. A surreal sign is this live interaction of Alexander Gerst from the ISS during the Kraftwerk concert in Stuttgart.
The National Geographic project MARS shows in a mix of documentary and since fiction storytelling all the vision, dreams, hopes and setbacks of such a mission.
What an excitement to see Astro Alex perform live with a band on earth. It’s getting real!
Just see what we can achieve when uniting for a higher goal.
Let’s not get tangled-up in hate against other ethnics, shortsighted economics wars or environmental ignorance. We’re living in an amazing time of unlimited possibilities on this planet. Let’s use it wisely.
You probably know this energizing feeling after completing a task that has been long overdue or postponed. I just have this as I finished something that was not my favorite kind of todo. Time to share my practice how to avoid such situations.

“We are HEIMAT for Startups” is the slogan of grow, the platform for Start-ups and an open space for entrepreneurs inside of Bosch. With Connected Parking, we’re neighbors, partners, friends since day one.
